The Windrow Compost Turner TBU 3P Willibald is a professional machine with high productivity. It corresponds to the needs of composting plants, satisfying needs such as:
– crumbling of the old compact pile, with the formation of a new softer pile that favors the aeration of the mass;
– the tools act on the coarser pieces of the heap, breaking them up and facilitating decomposition;
– the pile is milled on a vertical plane, therefore the material of the internal layers undergoes a more thorough mixing with that of the external layers;
– the side of the heap does not collapse, allowing the subsequent passage, without complications;
– unlike the other compost turner, performed with loaders or buckets, the Willibald turning system guarantees an acceleration of the composting process and a more homogeneous final product with characteristics that comply with quality marks.
The TBU 3P turner is driven by a cardan shaft which activates the milling roller and the unloading belt. The coupling to the hydraulic unit of the tractor feeds the displacement cylinders for the entry and centering of the machine for road transport, the dozer shield and the ejection hood. The inclined milling roller has an angle that ensures the maintenance of the compactness of the slope. The turned over material is transported on the unloading belt which creates a heap adjacent to the equipment.
