The UZ 80 Willibald Stationary Bioshredder is a professional machine specialized in the shredding and volumetric reduction of wooden materials. It corresponds to the needs of treatment and recycling companies of wooden-cellulosic materials, composting systems, highly specialized controterzists and gardening companies. The UZ 80 was designed for the shredding of virgin or waste wood and for the ramaglie, in combination with fixed belts in composting and waste treatment plants.
The new version presents important news:
– a small hopper of loading is applied which allows you to facilitate the load of material inside the rotor;
– the engine is more robust and much more powerful, consequently it resists in high temperatures (> 40 °);
– the rotor has no more single hammers, but double hammers, to improve shredding;
– the machine itself was made more robust with bars and reinforcements welded in addition.
