The Bioshredder EP 5500 SHARK 5 Willibald is a professional machine with high productivity in the shredding and volumetric reduction of green waste, mowing and compost refining. Its compact measures and its high production capacity correspond to the needs of green and biomass waste treatment and enhancement companies and composting systems.
The Bioshredder EP 5500 SHARK 5, in its latest version, is a powerful professional machine with a compact class, the top of the range of fast shredders on the market, both as regards production and as regards the protection of the environment. The EP 5500 has a 520 horsepower engine with opening of the increased power roller for large trunks. The engine operates the trapezoidal transmission belt and through a “clutch” the rotor is operated, which has a reinforced frame and more often, making the machinery even more resistant.
The material is therefore shredded inside the shredding chamber. For a precise and better shredding, the machinery has 3 post-stating grids, and a counter-comb that avoids the foliage clog. Finally, the material is transported on output tape and downloaded through the appropriate increased drain tunnel with a “anti-sparo” effect. The machine is equipped with the latest protective devices against accidents at work and against damage to the machinery itself.
